Festive Greetings 2011
Dear Piping Enthusiast,
Well, what a great year it has been! The standard of
piping seems to be continually improving across all grades and for this we
thank the multitude of teachers around the world and of course, the
players themselves for their absolute dedication to the art. There are
too many examples of success to name them all but some stand out - a
clean sweep of all the majors by Field Marshall Montgomery; the rise and
rise of Inveraray and District under the
direction of the outstanding Stuart Liddell; the winner of the Glenfiddich Championship and de facto World Solo
Piping Champion - Roddy MacLeod. We are proud
that all these champions choose Begg Bags and
we look forward to hearing and seeing them again next year.
